Babies Changing Parents’ Habits

Isn’t ironic the things that change in life? Of course, starting a family is a big change for all of us. Things change that you’re expecting and others that are not so expected. Did you ever consider that your babies could change your view of food, cooking, eating, and lifestyle?

From the food we buy, make, eat to being home more often, I’ve been presented with lots of new thoughts and ideas. By trying to feed my boys a healthy balanced variety of foods I have learned a lot of things so far, but mainly I’ve just been exposed to new words and ideas that I’m eager to research and understand better. Some of the terms that pop up continuously in the grocery, on the internet, on tv and radio are organic, gluten-free, healthy grains, soy, free range, grain-fed, vegan, green, crop share, and antioxidants.

What words or terms do you hear often, but want to know more about? I’m making a list of these things that I want to research and share my findings.
