The FDA is saying that these can cause harm at large doses and recommends disposing of any Hyland’s Teething Tablets in your possession.

It seems like nothing is safe anymore. I feel like I’m trying to do right by using homeopathic tablets instead of tylenol or motrin and then I see this. Grrrr!
